Important Instructions

• Bring the original Birth Certificate while collecting the Application Form.
• Application Form Fee is ₹500/- (Cash Only).
• Fill up the Application Form carefully.
• Attach one photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
• Affix one recent passport-size photograph of the child.
• Retain the counterpart of the submitted Application Form.
• Place the completed Application Form with all required documents in a sealed envelope and drop it in the Drop Box at the School Gate.
• Visit the school website from 21^st September 2026 onwards for the Interaction Schedule.
